Since 2020, clients - from first-time investors to experienced, repeat investors - have trusted Brad to help them invest over $100 million in a dozen different types of investments, including oil and natural gas developmental drilling, aggregate mining, solar developments, multifamily developments, retirement communities, 1031 exchange transactions, opportunity zone developments, and IRC Sec. 170 charitable donations. Brad is a FINRA-licensed securities broker with Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
Brad is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law and holds an M.S. in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Immunology and a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Auburn University. He practiced law for 11 years as a commercial real estate attorney and litigator, most recently at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP and Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Brad served as press secretary and legislative aide for US Congressman Robert B. Aderholt.
